"Essentials" Grocery List

These are the things I make sure I have on hand. You can add to or take away to suit your own taste. There are several more choices you can have but these are my must haves.

Broccoli fresh or frozen - I like the frozen kind because it never goes bad...I can't eat the fresh fast enough

McCormick Grill Mates seasonings for meat - make sure that they don't have sugar added.
Minced garlic
Lemon juice

Tomato paste
Sea Salt
Dill Pickles
Crystal Light drink mix - for those  days when you are tired of water...
Spray margerine - the kind with 0 fat, 0 carbs, 0 sugars and 0 calories
